“How to describe Michèle in only a few lines ? Michèle is the meeting of pure energy, never-ending curiosity, full generosity associated with an extreme demanding nature. All these qualities can be found in her cooking and you will probably realize it when you will see then eat what she has lovingly prepared for you.
Michèle is an accomplished baker and chef whose talents have been developed through years of experience. She completed a yearlong Patisserie apprenticeship in Firminy in France. She has also worked as a chef and baker in the food markets in France. Most recently, Michele attended and graduated from Alain Ducasse’s school of Cookery in France. Alain Ducasse, a Michelin star chef, is widely regarded to one of Frances’ preeminent Chef’s.

Up to this point, Michèle has combined her professional career as a Senior Sales Executive with a busy schedule of hosting and organising culinary events, and sharing time and love with her family (and I can testify that this is a full-time job in its own). She has hosted a range of events from weddings to birthdays and has catered for groups of up to thirty people. She has also featured as the guest chef at Parisian restaurant “Le table de Claire”.

Michele’s cooking skills have been compared to Michelin star level, so now it will be your turn to give your opinion ! With natural creativity and flair, Michele brings French classics to a new level.”
