Choosing carefully your ingredients amongst the freshest and in line with the season, working in a professional kitchen and designing your own dishes? Feeling the excitment of the rush hour? Putting the finishing touch to a beautiful plating?

Well then, your dream is about to come true…



This October, Le Petit Pois launchesunspecified
“Tonight, YOU’re the Chef”. Send your application, be chosen and become Chef at Le Petit Pois for two unforgettable evenings!
You will work with Michèle to include one starter, one main course and one dessert in the Dinner Menu, and then… be the Chef for two days of intense preparation and service with the support and advices of Le Petit Pois kitchen team.

Come back to us with your preferred recipes and maybe you will be the next « Tonight YOU’re the Chef » in le Petit Pois!

First date of the event:
Tuesday and Wednesday 24 & 25th of October

To apply, send an email to youarethechef@lepetitpois.ie with the following information

  • a few words about yourself and your previous cooking experiences : we would like to know your background and what brought you to love cooking!
  • a detailed recipe for one starter, one main course, one dessert to be included in Le Petit Pois menu. You can have a look at some of our menus from the past : sample 1, sample 2, sample 3, sample 4.

By applying, you commit yourself to be available to work in Le Petit Pois on Tuesday and Wednesday 24th, 25th of October both during the day for the prep work and during the evening for the service and to have a few preliminary meetings with the team to finalize the dishes and prepare everything for the real deal!
Le Petit Pois’ team will study every application, and might ask to come and try your recipes beforehand.
Last date for application : 30th of September.
